1wi Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 1wi platform — including the website, mobile application, and all associated services — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, whether you are browsing as a guest or have registered as a member.

By proceeding to register or use any feature of 1wi, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by them. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing 1wi on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that by using the platform you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 1wi you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1wi is strictly an adult entertainment platform and minors are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of a 1wi team member where that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1wi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 1wi. If we detect duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances and bonuses forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share account access with anyone else, including family members.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately so that we can protect your account. 1wi cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 1wi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of payment methods familiar to players in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after a reasonable period, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 1wi does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your 1wi account balance and are available immediately for wagering once credited.
• 1wi reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is flagged for security reasons or if it cannot be verified as coming from an account in your name.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

• Before your first withdrawal, we may ask you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and helps protect your account from fraud.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name. We do not process payments to third parties.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Typical timeframes are shown when you submit a withdrawal request.
• 1wi reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to investigate account activity.

If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly delayed or declined, please contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a prompt review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1wi offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is clearly stated for each bonus.
• Validity period: Bonuses are valid for a limited time. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically permitted, only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. If we determine that a player is exploiting bonus structures, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1wi are subject to the specific rules of each game or sport. For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and Esports — bets are settled according to the rules published in the platform's sportsbook section at the time the bet is placed.

• Bets are final once confirmed. We cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted unless there is a clear technical error on our side.
• In the event of a technical failure or data error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 1wi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Odds may change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to brief suspensions while odds are recalculated. We are not liable for missed opportunities to bet during these suspensions.
• Maximum win limits apply to some games and markets. These are displayed within each game or market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1wi. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or fix sports betting results.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 1wi for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's technology, security systems, or game integrity tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 1wi staff through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

1wi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity within your means — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. We provide several tools to help you stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from the platform for a defined number of days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break, you can self-exclude for an extended period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Enable session time reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing.

10. Privacy & Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the platform securely and compliantly. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1wi platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1wi or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from 1wi. Unauthorised use of 1wi's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

1wi provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions, including bets placed and gaming choices made.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network outages.

In any case where 1wi is found to be liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

1wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player has self-excluded or requested account closure.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited pending investigation. We will communicate the reasons for closure to the affected player where we are legally permitted to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or our operating practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 1wi after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
